The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, master’s degree program in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

The Master of Science (MS) education program in speech-language pathology, distance education, at Auburn University at Montgomery is a Candidate for Accreditation by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, MD 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700. Candidacy is a “preaccreditation” status with the CAA, awarded to developing or emerging programs for a maximum period of 5 years.

Graduate Programs
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences offers a variety of graduate programs designed to prepare students for advanced roles in healthcare. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) includes tracks in Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, and Health Systems Leader, equipping graduates with specialized skills to meet the growing needs of patients, students, and healthcare organizations. The college also offers a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, preparing students to serve individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. In addition, the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program provides nurses with the highest level of clinical training, focusing on leadership, evidence-based practice, and improving patient outcomes.
