Beginning Fall 2025 semester, all transcripts must be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic transcripts are $10. Paper transcripts are $12.15.

Requesting a Transcript
Before ordering your official Auburn University at Montgomery transcript, please review the options described below.

Processing Options:
- Now/Process As Is – Transcript will include all grades/classes/degrees as of the day your request is processed.
- Financial Holds – Transcripts will not be released if a student has a financial obligation to Auburn University at Montgomery. If the hold has not cleared within 30 days of the transcript order, the order will be canceled, and a new order will need to be placed. However, if you received Federal Financial Aid, you may submit your transcript request at getmytranscript.com even if you have a financial obligation to the University.
Delivery Options:
- Electronic/PDF – Available only for students enrolled 1995 to present. The transcript is considered official only to person receiving it. The email address for recipient cannot be changed once order is submitted.
- Mail – Transcripts will be sent via the United States Postal Service (without tracking).
- Hold for Pickup – Transcript issued only to student with a picture ID at the Registrar’s Office in 114 Taylor Center. A third party must have a signed release statement from the student authorizing them to pick up the transcript.
Attachments:
- Attachments can be uploaded during the ordering process at www.getmytranscript.com.
- The Registrar’s Office does not attach documents to transcripts. In lieu of attachment, enter account/ID number assigned by application processing service (i.e. AMCAS, AAMC, NCEES, NURSINGCAS, PHARMCAS, PHORCAS, PTCAS, VMCAS, VIRMP, etc.) in attention line of recipient mailing address.

Transcript FAQ
All transcripts must be ordered online.
All students that are considered former or part of the alumni membership must go online to order their official transcript. Transcripts are $10.00
Typically, financial obligations with Auburn University at Montgomery must be resolved before the Registrar’s office can release your transcript. However, if you received financial aid, you can submit a request for a transcript at www.getmytranscript.com.
Attachments can be uploaded during the ordering process at www.getmytranscript.com.
Before ordering your transcript, students must check their Warhawk Self Service account to see if their final grades have been posted for the courses they were registered for. Your Warhawk Self Service account reflects information that will be printed on your transcript.
Yes! The Registrar’s Office maintains all student records no matter how long ago you attended or graduated. Attendance records before 1995 cannot be sent electronically. If you attended AUM prior to 1995, you’ll need to order a paper transcript to be mailed.
Electronic transcripts are delivered via email when ordered at www.getmytranscript.com.
All unofficial transcripts are printed off by the student from their Warhawk Self Service account. Please see current students’ information under transcripts ordering information link. Former students that do not have access to their Warhawk Self Service will need to go to www.getmytranscript.com for their ordering needs.
Please email registrar@aum.edu and type in the subject line Attention Transcript Clerk or call 334-244-3125 and ask to speak to the transcript clerk.
All transcripts must be ordered online. Please refer to the how to order your AUM transcript link. Payments are never accepted by the Registrar’s office. You must pay online with your debit or credit card.
You can order an electronic transcript to be sent to a specific institution or individual email address at www.getmytranscript.com.
Please contact the department that is requesting your transcript and have them to email registrar@aum.edu or call 334-244-3125. The records department will send your transcript internally to the department that is requesting.
You should contact the help desk at 334-244-3500 and have your student number ready so that your information may be retrieved. If you do know your student number, please go to AUM main page and click on current students. Look for the subject heading Information Technology Services and click on S number lookup.
