The Wellness Center at AUM

Welcome to the Wellness Center at AUM.  We are proud to offer you state-of-the-art facilities, indoor and outdoor action, and a place to relax, enjoy, and maintain a wellness center lifestyle. Sign up below and email jpuryear@aum.edu or yyork@aum.edu to advise of your membership selection. Your registration will take effect, and you will be eligible for membership privileges.

Fall and Spring Semester
  • Monday – Thursday
    5 A.M. – 10 P.M.
  • Friday | 5 A.M. – 8 P.M.
  • Saturday | 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
  • Sunday | NOON – 7 P.M.
Summer Semester/break
  • Monday – Fridayy
    5 A.M. – 8 P.M.
  • Saturday | 8 A.M. – 3 P.M.
  • Sunday | NOON – 5 P.M.

Members Have Access To:

Live Well. Learn Well. Be Well.

Your total fitness and wellness is our aim at the AUM Wellness Center. Members can: Swim, Conquer the rock climbing wall, Play basketball, badminton or pickleball, Enjoy a group fitness class, Weight training, Run on the track, Hike on the walking trail, Soak in the hot tub, Play disc golf, Get sandy playing outdoor volleyball.

Wellness Center Membership

Membership is open to all students, staff, alumni, and certain affiliates of the university and their spouses/dependents.

Members will have access to the entire facility, and when equipment is needed (pickleball, basketball, rock climbing wall, etc.), there is no charge!

Personal Training

The AUM personal training program is designed to provide Wellness Center members with motivation, education, guidance, and individual instruction to achieve their personal fitness goals. Certified trainers will design a tailored exercise program according to your objectives, fitness level and experience.

Facilities

AUM Wellness Center has a wide range of facilities for those with memberships. Every member of the Warhawk Nation can find plenty of fun, fitness-oriented pursuits here!

Group Fitness

We want you to participate in wellness activities regardless of your age or ability. Join group fitness classes as often as you want and encourage a friend to try new ones with you!

Rock Climbing Wall

A focal point of the Center, the main climbing tower stands 22 feet tall with multiple lead routes paired with auto-belay systems for each. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are available.

Monday-Thursday:  Noon-8 p.m.

From lap swimming to Aqua Zumba, there’s something for everyone at our pool and aquatics area.
